This privacy notice describes how Argoli processes your personal information when you visit our website, use the Argoli Companion mobile application, or engage with us through sales and marketing activities. We also process health data when necessary with your consent. Payment information is processed by Stripe. We automatically collect device and usage data, location data (GPS or IP-based), and push notification data. We do not collect any information from third parties.

Argoli processes your information to facilitate account creation and authentication, deliver requested services, respond to your enquiries, protect vital interests, prevent fraud, ensure security, and comply with applicable laws.

Legal Basis for Processing

We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests, legal obligations, and vital interest protection. For EU/EEA and UK residents, processing is conducted in accordance with the GDPR. Canadian users may withdraw explicit consent at any time.

Artificial Intelligence

Argoli uses AI technologies from leading cloud AI providers for natural language processing, image analysis, video analysis, and text analysis. Data shared with these providers is handled in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Data Retention

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this notice. No purpose will require keeping your personal information for longer than six (6) months past account termination.

We use cookies and tracking technologies, including Google Analytics. You may opt out through your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out tool.

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
